Vizru’s RMF or Regulated Messaging Framework is a framework that enables frictionless and secure communication across supply chain ecosystems. RMF assists with customer engagement journey, handling sensitive information using hard block and soft block options. In hard block, confidential information is completely blocked with a warning message and cannot be sent to the recipient. In soft block, an additional layer of validation is used, that is, a user is asked to confirm if he wants to send the data. If the user confirms, only then the data is passed.
