Workflow Studio
Build and govern self-driving processes
A workflow is an intelligent interconnection of blocks, each performing a unique function, to execute complex business logic. Every block in a workflow does a specific job, but ultimately they take an input and produce an output. For tasks ranging from building chatbots, receiving and parsing files of various types, to transforming data from legacy systems; Vizru workflows can do it.
Accessing Workflow Studio
- Open the app you have created.
- Click the Settings icon
on the bottom left of your landing page.

3. Click Manage Stencils. The following page is displayed.

4. Click the “+” icon on the bottom right of the page. Your Workflow Studio is opened where you can create and manage workflows.
5. Enter a name and save the workflow.
Understanding Workflow Studio
The Workflow Studio has different workflow blocks to
- receive or push data to an external service
- relay messages to users, internally or externally
- take various actions on files and spreadsheets
- perform math and string functions
The workflow studio also has the entire list of workflows created by all the users, and endpoints or remote services that the workflows are connected to.
Adding a workflow block
You can add a workflow block in 3 ways.
- Select a block from the left menu.

2. Click
and select a block from the dropdown list.

3. Right-click the page and select a block from the dropdown list.

4. You can set a workflow block as Favorite. Right-click the block and click Favorite.
