About This Release

Release 23.1.0 brings a new feature called spreadsheet sharing to livespace, and fixes bugs related to HTML cards and datalists.

New Feature

• Spreadsheet sharing to livespace: With this, you can share a spreadsheet from one app to another, within a tenant. The shared spreadsheet will be common for both the apps. You can build dashboard elements for both the apps with the common spreadsheet. You can also delete the shared spreadsheet, if needed.

To share a spreadsheet from an app, go to App Settings.

Click the tab Shared Components.

Select the target app and the spreadsheet you want to share with the target app from the dropdown list. Click Share.

The selected spreadsheet will now be shared with the target app, and you can use it to build dashboard elements in the target app.

To delete the shared spreadsheet, hover your mouse over the spreadsheet name and click the delete icon.

Bug Fixes

• DNA param sets are now displayed in init workflow logs.
• Bug related to datalist search is fixed.
• Bug related to data tags in HTML card is fixed.
• Datalist height issue in tabbed card and smart dropdown is fixed.
