About This Release

Release 28.0.0 brings a few enhancements to dashboards, chat, and workflow blocks. It also fixes bugs related to HTML cards, workflow blocks, and datalist.

New Features

• Global Script editor: Now you have an option to set custom script and style for a particular tenant. For this, create a spreadsheet and enter the necessary codes in different columns of the spreadsheet. Select the app, spreadsheet, and the corresponding columns from Configure policies >> Style sheets and save your settings.

• Send mail with multiple attachments: Now you can send mail with multiple attachments using the Send Mail workflow block.

• Dynamic array output key option in Array Extract block: Now you can set an output key in the Array Extract block.

• Add columns in datalist: You can now add as many columns as you need in a datalist by clicking the + Add Column

• New operator in Dashboard Rule block: Now you have a new operator =(!) added to the Dashboard Rule block.

• Index status in spreadsheet settings: Now you can identify the columns indexed in a spreadsheet using the option Index Status in spreadsheet settings.

• Option to search for a specific component in Version History: You can now search for a specific dashboard, workflow, form, spreadsheet, or LiveCloud service by their names or using shortcodes and get to know in which patch release the specific component is included after the guardrailing process.

• Option to identify shared spreadsheet app name from the second app: Now while building a dashboard element, you get a tooltip that shows the shared spreadsheet app name.

• Option to generate and add all spreadsheet columns to the Column Alias field: You can now use the Generate option to display all spreadsheet column names in the Column Alias field in a Spreadsheet Filter block. When you click Generate, all the fields in the spreadsheet get added to the Column Alias field. You can also delete the fields you do not need.

• Chat theming: Now you can set two themes for chat: “two-side-chat-flat” and “two-side-chat-bubble”. To set a theme, give “theme” as the Variable name and any of the above themes as “Value” in the corresponding chat workflow configuration block.

• The issue with $0.0 format in HTML cards is fixed.
• The issue of loginuseremail with custom field not working in datalist is fixed.
• The issue of sort option not working when the Distinct Column option is enabled in Spreadsheet Filter block is fixed.
• The issue of reusable workflows not showing extra parameters is fixed.
• The issue of init workflow scroll not working when there are more workflows in the dashboard is fixed.
• Date comparison not working for today option is fixed.
• The issue of datalist sort option overlapping with large text is fixed.
• The issue with 0,00a format in HTML cards is fixed.
• The issue of real-time changes getting hidden when HTML cards were reverted is fixed.
• The issue of session expiration in backend is fixed.
